iPhone did kill the BlogStar

Yes, my iPhone did completely zap any possible incentive to write random thoughts to myself. Nothing is random on the iPhone, it is all busy-busy connecting to the world and being efficient and... well... being consumed by it (I have these scratched initials on my arm, what do they mean: B.T.L.?)

Now that I am now able to efficiently use my time, I've even been more efficient at using the iPhone too, and will only use it in these situations:
  • Whilst walking
  • Whilst waiting for anything
  • Whilst riding in the train
  • Whilst conversing with Miss N
  • Whilst eating
  • When trying to get to sleep (under the covers so I don't wake up any co-inhabitants)
  • During an entire argument about anything (non-stop, without raising eyes), mostly arguments about using the iPhone
Things I never do:
  • Drive and Google
  • Answer the Phone
  • Not reply to a sarcastic SMS or email
  • Read my email whilst commuter crowd hugging (my email is private and would confirm how boring I was)
Things I always do:
Things my iPhone has yet been able to deliver:
  • Everlasting Gobstoppers
  • Decent Things to Do list
  • Complete Ubiquity
  • Complete Enlightenment
  • The 2009 Hyperion 6x6 World Championship
Major downsides or dis-benefits have been:
  • Running into J-Walkers
  • Missing my train stop
  • Endless arguments about iPhones, and not paying attention
  • Phone seems to ring every now and then
  • Accidental typo-fixos which have promised interesting things to inappropriate people (No, sir, I will not spoon you - ever, even though it appears I said I would)
  • Accidental sending of wrong (but correctly typed) SMS/Email to the very wrong person
  • Reading an email SMS thinking it came from someone else, and getting very confused
  • Not writing anything to the blog-a-billy-circus
But is it Better-Than-Life? I don't know. Yet. I'll tell you when I get back.
